After getting the runaround from DPS, TSgt Annie Navarro (Seymour-Johnson AFB) came to my rescue! I retired and needed help getting my HHG delivered to my new home. Just when I was about to give up and pay out of pocket for the move, I received a call from TSgt Navarro, she was pleasant, helpful, and professional! She help me set up a date and made my transition smoother. She was wonderful and said there was no way that I wouldn’t be taken care of after serving over 20 years. She was awesome and I am happy she is a prime example of excellence.
